Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.
By proceeding to access, browse or use this website and/or the services provided by Need To Get Organised, you have acknowledged that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.
Confidentiality
Privacy All The Way
Confidentiality is strictly adhered to at all times.
Need To Get Organised is registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office), therefore following the UK GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) rules.
Photographs of before and after decluttering and/or organising may be taken by Need To Get Organised. These will not be published in the public domain by Need To Get Organised.
If any information is required to be given to a third party, this will only be done with your full agreement, or if I am legally obliged to.
Payment Terms
Money Talks
Payment can be made via Bank Transfer or Card (Debit or Credit) or Cash.
Payment by cheque can be made if agreed at the time of booking.
Payment is required within 24 hours of the end of each session.
You will be charged 45 pence per mile travelled by car to and from any paid onsite visits. Additional costs may be charged for onsite visits more than 20 miles from Stirling.
For travel by car the mileage is calculated from the centre of Stirling using Google Maps.
'Out of pocket' expenses, such as car parking charges, labels, printouts, or taking items to a specific charity, will be charged to you. These will be discussed with you in advance.
A deposit may be required to confirm some bookings.
Cancellation or rescheduling or postponement with less than 48 hours notice of a booking may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost.
Advance payment is required for any items that Need To Get Organised purchase on your behalf.
For any third party that is engaged by Need To Get Organised on your behalf, all payments and/or contracts are between you and the third party.
Payment for offsite work carried out for you will be agreed upon, prior to its execution.
Need To Get Organised is not VAT registered.
Onsite Sessions
Health and Safety
The lifting of large and/or heavy items are not allowed under health and safety regulations.
Work will not be undertaken in areas that are deemed to be unsafe.
Pets should be secured in an area away from that which is being worked on.
Need To Get Organised is happy to carry out light cleaning duties.
Need To Get Organised can remove items from your home (with written agreement) for donation to charity. This will be limited to one boot load per session unless otherwise agreed upon.
Need To Get Organised can not remove items from your home for depositing at Household Waste and Recycling Centres. Arrangements can be made with a SEPA (Scottish Environment Protection Agency) registered Waste Carrier, on your behalf.
Whilst every effort will be made to avoid any damage or breakages, should these occur you will need to make a claim on your home insurance. Need To Get Organised will not be liable for these.
