** This type of data is only requested for certain services, such as getting your household ‘paperwork’ sorted out, getting your affairs in order, or in dealing with post bereavement tasks. You decide on what information you wish to disclose to us.

How We Get The Personal Information And Why We Have It

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

(b) Using one of our services.

(a) Wix.com when you are making payments via our website.

(b) SumUp when you are making payments via our card machine.

(a) Deal with any queries or bookings that you have with us.

How We Store Your Personal Information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep your personal information for no longer than is necessary for the purpose(s) for which it was provided.

We will then dispose your information by deletion from our electronic devices and/or via shredding at security level P4 (micro cut with an A4 sheet cutting into more than 1000 pieces).

When you use our services that deal with the collection of associated client data, once the finalised agreed ‘paperwork’ has been signed off by yourself, this data will be deleted and/or destroyed.

Please note that for tax purposes, the law requires us to keep basic data about our clients for six years after they stop using our services.
